At Pretty Faces by Renate, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Because we offer beauty and skincare items, all sales are considered final.
Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
- A photo of the packing slip (if available)
Once reviewed, we may:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue store credit
Refunds are issued only in the event of a confirmed business error that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Services & Beauty Sessions
All session bookings and consultation fees are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
