Trends Are Temporary. Your Face Is Forever.

There's something I see every single season without fail — women abandoning what works for them because a trend told them to.

New lip color. New brow shape. New technique that looks stunning on a 22-year-old with completely different bone structure. And suddenly, women who had finally figured out their look are starting over from scratch because the internet said so.

As the founder of Pretty Faces by Renate, I made a decision a long time ago: I don't chase trends. And I don't teach them either.

That's not because I'm behind. It's because I'm paying attention to something more important — your face. Your structure. Your skin. Your life.

Here's what I know after decades of working with real women: the basics never change. Skin prep, brow structure, strategic placement, the right finish for your skin type — these are timeless. They worked twenty years ago. They work now. They'll work twenty years from now. What changes is the shade, the finish, the subtle shift in how we apply what we already know.

I might update a color palette when the season calls for it. A warmer lip for fall. A softer eye for summer. But the foundation of the technique? That stays. Because when you understand your face, you don't need to reinvent yourself every three months. You just refine.

Trends are designed to sell product. The Radiant Confidence Method™ is designed to give you a skillset. Those are two very different things.

The women I work with aren't trying to look like someone else. They're trying to look like the most polished, confident, elevated version of themselves. And that version doesn't change with the season — she just gets better.

So the next time a trend catches your eye, ask yourself one question: does this work with my face, or am I working for it?

If you have to work for it, leave it alone.

With love,
